Terrence Wickham
Chief Executive Officer & Founding Partner (62)
Terrence is a seasoned, experienced executive with extensive experience of running businesses in South Africa and internationally at a senior level, with over 38 years of experience across different industries.
Over the past two decades, Terrence has been very involved in international business consulting activities across a range of disciplines & industries wrt strategic conceptualisation, project development and enterprise development. His experience, whilst strongly grounded in healthcare technology, is not limited to this field.
His key attributes include a proven business track record; providing strong strategic vision; enabling strategic development and initiation; good communication and customer relationship skills and a strong leadership capacity and is fully computer literate using a wide variety of application software at an expert level.
Terrence is skilled at business-process modelling, applied financial modelling and corporate strategic-planning. He is an astute strategic integrator and implementer of advanced technologies, a skilled intermediary between technical, commercial, and financial components of a business and implicitly understands the complex interplay between these various elements.
Michael Rogers

Mike Rogers is the inventor of the patented A-T-E-C Reformer™.
Mike worked as a process and controls engineer with Entergy Steam Electric, T&T Chemical - a gas cleaning and sulphur removal company, and Cross Oil Refining. He also worked as an Electrical Controls Engineer for Georgia Pacific Inc.

Mike read for a degree in Engineering Physics at Southern Arkansas University, in the United States.

David B. Stockard

Terrence is a seasoned and experienced executive with over 30 years of experience in running healthcare and healthcare-related businesses at a senior level. Over the past 12 years, he has been extensively involved in international business consulting activities across a broad multiplicity of disciplines and industries. In 2022, Terrence with several partners founded Cirrus Global Enterprise Partners, a highly specialised boutique Merchant Bank in order to provide advisory services and to arrange finance mostly for large, complex infrastructure projects and enterprise financings.
Terrence is an alumnus of the University of the Witwatersrand Graduate School of Business located in Johannesburg, South Africa. He holds significant experience in the research, development, and manufacturing of sophisticated healthcare technologies, having led several award-winning engineering teams. He has worked over the course of his career in senior executive positions for a variety of companies, such as large NYSE-listed multinational Mallinckrodt Medical, and has also owned and sold several healthcare companies, such as Trigate and Aquila Healthcare.
John Cadwell

For the last 15 years John has worked as an independent commercial risk analyst concentrating on international business and large-scale project development for private banking groups, commodity extraction and secondary engineering concerns, governments, and international banking groups.

During this time his clients have included: The World Bank, Mobil Oil, The Governments of Egypt, Honduras, Nigeria, Panama and New Zealand, The World Wildlife Federation and numerous other international development groups.​ John brings significant analytic skills to Cirrus Global.
Christian Arthur (Cri) Hilmer

Cri’s international sales and marketing geographic responsibilities included the US, Europe, Asia Pacific, Africa, the Middle East, and Latin America. He has lived in France, the Netherlands, and the United States working assignments in general management, new business development including in joint ventures, new product introductions for advanced technologies including informatics, robotic manufacturing systems, machine vision, medical imaging, hospital-based acute care monitoring, and diagnostic testing.

For the past 12 years, Cri has devoted his efforts to helping start-up company Energy Processing Services (EPS), develop to market readiness its proprietary A-T-E-C Reformer Renewable Fuels technology, its organizational structure, and its market readiness, all of which has now come to full fruition.
​
EPS conceived and perfected a novel approach of transforming carbon-based waste materials from raw feedstocks into valuable ultra-clean renewable transportation fuels along with a range of renewable gases, such as propane (R)LPG methane; (R)CNG and Green Hydrogen, as well as various other valuable liquid and gaseous commodities.
​
Cri, as a founder partner and director, brings his enormous, real-world experience to Cirrus Global for the benefit of its clients.
Christopher Damien Barker

Chris Barker graduated BSc, GDE, and MSc Engineering from the University of the Witwatersrand in South Africa.

Chris has worked for Unilever, McKinsey, and Deloitte. Over a period of 20 years, he founded over 15 start-ups, including Neotel, an SA telecoms operator, Right-to-Care, Africa’s largest NGO, and also several personally owned start-ups.
​
Chris has built an impressive resume of clients, mainly in Africa, that he has helped to grow.
